Has anybody had issues with them? I know a couple of people mentioned on here they were disappointed with their service but others have had no issues. I placed an order pretty much as soon as the merchandise went on sale but had nothing from them i.e dispatch emails etc so I called them Monday and a chap said they were sorry but my order had been missed and would be sent next day delivery, still had nothing so called again and they haven't even sent it! Really shoddy service from what seem to be a decent outfit from the website etc Mainly Xmas presents so if they don't get sent today I have had it!  |

On the Club website they’re guaranteeing deliveryMight be worth ringing the Club I have rang VX3 directly twice now but just making up stories (told me twice now they'll send it out next delivery as they'd forgotten to do it but had nothing) they seem like Trotters Independent Traders not a professional sportwear brand. I'd be cautious ordering from them can see on social media a few people have had the same issues, had money taken no order delivered and they've gave them a load of baloney on the phone, all very odd considering others have had their orders no problems. Was going to get some more gear off them in the new year, won't be bothering now put me right off! Didn't have these issues with any previous kit supplier. |

Can honestly say that i have ordered new merchandise, got delivered within 3 days, accidenty ordered 2 of the same item, returned and refund back in my bank within 4 days.
must be luck of the drawer but i really cant complain about the service, they have been receptive to e mails and most are answered the same day and at worst case the next day.
