I's better for us and the game than the two leagues of 10. Call it what you want but the "lower" league will not be seen by the public as Super League.

Depends how it was done. If the clubs were split evenly, so that there was not a top 10 and 2nd 10 and each team played each other home and away. That's 18 games. They also play each team in the other league once, that makes 28 games. Play offs could be top 4 from each league. That would work for me.

Each league of 10 to be drawn at random at the start of each season would make things more interesting and could also provide a season opening event for TV

Sadly Johnh 1, I do not think that was ever put forward. When keeping an eye on news on this, I felt throughout it that it was a way of protecting the income streams of the "bigger" clubs as media investment is going down (especially Sky)

All I’m saying is that it is do-able if there is support for a 20 team Superleague split into 2 leagues of 10. Not sure that the powers that be can see that though.

The main issue is that Wigan St Helens Leeds have far too much influence on the direction of the game and generally it’s all about them getting a bigger share of a smaller pie. Hence what ever is agreed will favour them; greed rules
So until all the clubs come together with experts who really know about and fully understand strategic development for the common good of all teams., the game will keep on withering and gradually die out as a ft professional game
RU now blossoms, RL, dithers and withers, sadly, because of greed by a few.

Agreed. By the way, I hit the laughing button by mistake.
