How do the 15-17 year olds get selected for the elite development squad ?

And all made possible by the £22k sponsorship of the Supporters Trust in 2022. For those supporters who haven’t join the Trust yet please consider to do so because without your support the club would have to take these funds out of a very limited playing budget.

How do the 15-17 year olds get selected for the elite development squad ? I think it’s likely to be the best of those attending the various development groups (college teams, rising stars) and ones who get scouted/ asked to join the elite pathway who don’t go those routes |
