Great news. Just need Evalds back now! Or O’Brien😉 Of our former players right now would say Dudson or Taylor would give us the big prop we are still missing. Wouldnt be against taking Norman back on loan for the season though.

Correct me if my Memory is Slightly incorrect from when Marc Sneyd Played for Salford, But his performances were less than memorable?? But he's completely changed since 2010-2013 Hasn't he 😐🤔.
Also I do hope that Reds Supporters WILL NOT Get into the Habit of shouting his Surname every time he converts a goal.

I personally think that as he's one of our academy lads we should be on first name terms and should just shout. MARCCCCC everytime he kicks a goal

KR,that’s quite correct. Saw him play a few times, including his debut, and he didn’t impress particularly. Spectators were so excited about signing Chase that I didn’t hear a single moan about Sneyd being used as a makeweight on loan. If it’s correct that Marwan extracted a big fee then good on him. As Hull are desperate to sign Gale I wonder whether they’re subsidising this move

"Sneeeeyd" should now be referred to as "Sneydo".👍
Read the Hull forum a few .onths back and they weren't overly bothered about keeping him. I think Hull's problems lie a lot deeper than Marc Sneyd though. In theory, his organising and kicking game should complement Croft, who looks like a far more off the cuff type of player. If nothing else we're getting an excellent goalkicker. Interesting to see how he goes this season.

Hull FC Supporters Don't seem to be that impressed with Marc Leaving. And there completely unimpressed with having Luke Gale as a Replacement The general consensus that he's past it and injury prone.

Not sure about this. 3 year contract for a 30 year old seems a risk. He is slow and rarely takes the line on, the only thing he brings is a kicking game.

Tommy Docherty once dropped Ted MacDougall and said ‘all he can do is score goals’. Focus on what he can do,rather than what he can’t. The Aussie signing takes on the line,Sneyd guides you round the pitch and kicks goals, apart from being top class with kicks into the corner. I agree that 3 years might be a risk, though

30 years old is prime time for a half back like him. Watching him the last few years he actually has a fair bit of pace I’ve seen him numerous times run 80 odd metres or so by an interception.

This was my first thought, over the past couple of seasons I haven’t seen him play too many stand out games, but the more I think about it the more I like it. He’s playing at a better standard than brown was when we signed him, and less injury prone, so that’s a step up. His attributes should gel well with Croft, we have wingers who are good in the air, and his goal kicking is up there with the best. 3 years seems a lot, but it’s a solid signing.

A happy accident or shrewd media operation by the club this. The amount of people on twitter I see renewing season tickets off the back of Rowley and Sneyd certainly looks significant. Well done to the club, or the RL gods. Just what we need.

More to the point, Rowley and Sneyd are being sniped at in the media on the grounds of not good enough for us but Salford ... I like being written off. I do.

Possibly a tad better than Marshall and Atkin.

Sneyd 31 in February Hull have signed Gale as his replacement and he’s 33 So does age matter that much?
