A couple of people have asked me if there are refunds from last season. Have I missed that as well? I'm assuming the Club are hoping that Supporters might Not bother asking for refunds to help them out of the Financial kicking SRD Took due to Covid-19. |

I’m sure the majority wouldn’t want it back but I know a good few people who were miffed as there was not even a personal thank you e mail last time they donated
It’s their duty to offer as they didn’t fulfil their contract; some people who go have money problems of their own

I'll be renewing in the next couple of weeks and signing up for squadbuilder again. I'm lucky that I'm single so probably have a decent amount of disposable income compared to some with responsibilities so it's a no-brainer.
Not sure I have time for a woman in my life with Rugby, Football & Cricket Season Tickets.😂

A couple of people have also said they thought at least they might have had an individual email thanking them last year and are annoyed that it seems a given that they won’t be offered a refund this year. Tend to agree with them. Seems a matter of courtesy to me.
We all know the Club needs money but treat the customer with respect!

They’ve consistently handled this poorly,which surprises me.

I agree with you BR, from what I hear it appears as tho there is a lack of respect or being taken for granted that is not liked. As you so rightly said it’s not about the money, it’s probably the attitude.

I think it was Castleford who gave several options, one being that for 2021 season ticket holders who didn’t ask for a refund, they could purchase up to five tickets for the first home game of next season for a ridiculous knock down price with a view to filling the ground for the first home game. Salford seem to lack initiatives like this.
