If true then, unlike last year when it was out of the blue and we had to endure a recruitment process, this time the club must have been preparing for this and you’d like to think have someone lined up or at least someone in mind.

Ford from York would be my number 1 and the club should aggressively go after him.
Next year is so critical and we won't have a Leigh to rely on. This year has not been good enough and we needed to build something and haven't so the correct choice imo

Thanks for your efforts RM, it was a tough act to follow bit I'm glad he's going. Not good enough, he had a decent enough squad and we've gone backwards this year. I've no doubt another year in charge would have seen us in the championship

Think with Marshall, besides having lots of injuries, he never knew his best team but then again none were his choice.
A lot of the blame for this chaos for me lies at Watsons door or at least the way he did things, sadly. Very unSalford-like

I was struggling to find positives with RM but I really do think the past few games (apart from Leigh) we’re looking good.
I hate this sacking of managers we are not that type of club.
The names listed by people are farcical especially Brian McDermott and Chris Chester.
Whoever comes needs to be a proven top level RL coach not a failure or a rookie.

From the start he never knew his best team. At first understandable but not latterly. We were always going to go backwards but we will now have someone lined up who’s better . Fingers crossed |
