The squad of players must be as aware of the possibilities of keeping and strengthening as mucg as the coach.

There is a sad inevitability to lower clubs losing the quality they desperately need.
One way this could be addressed is to limit every SL club to a specific number in their squads.
The truth is some clubs could stockpile halfbacks if they had a mind to.

His family have been rumoured to be getting involved with Rugby league since the 80s with his dad so it wouldn’t be too much of a shout. From what I’ve been told his dad wanted to purchase the willows a long time ago and get involved with Salford but was knocked back. It seems he’s keen on owning a club in SL since he’s just announced his retirement. He’s CEO of a HGV company so money wise he’s not going to be stingy. He’s good friends with Fred Done as well if that’s anything to go by
