With the retirement of Mossop and expected/confirmed departures of Ikahihifo, Pauli and Lussick do feel we are very light in front row forwards for next season.
To my mind we only have those listed below unless anyone knows if we have anyone else incoming:
Burke Johnson Greenwood Wells Ormondroyd Luckley
Wells, Greenwood I see more as 2nd rowers and Burke as a utility forward though. Def feel we need at least 2 more big man to lay a platform for Croft, Hingano and co to dictate play.

Is Pauli definitely leaving? Haven’t seen anything on it and wouldn’t mind him staying. Rumours we were interested in Akouala so he’d be a decent replacement for seb. Would like to see Dan Norman stay as well

Really like what I’ve seen from Wells and Luckley, definitely look good for the future. Ormondroyd and Johnson were great on Friday, possibly need a bit of consistency but promise there too. If we can keep Pauli, and sign akuoala, maybe need one more big experienced prop and that’s a decent group. The lad Norman from Saints is a big unit, again if we can keep him lot of potential there. What position does Ellis Robson play?

Pauli to me is one of those hot n cold players and never quite uses his massive frame. When he’s good he’s hard to stop but needs some aggression in his play for me.

I'd like for us to keep Sam Luckley on. Think he's only going to get better and done enough for an extension imo. Not many names there that stick out as potential Salford signings. I'd like to see maybe Amor, but can see him destined for a bigger named club than us. Akauola would be decent but not sure after that.

Heard we’d got Akauola lined up. Yes to big Sam and think we need an experienced pack leader or two in the Mossop Flanagan mould. Hill would be good if he fancies staying this side of the Pennines

I think I heard Amor signed an extension with Saints
Paul King interviewed on GMR earlier said crowds of 3066 like we had against Huddersfield make it “very hard to sign a couple of props for Brody Croft to play behind”

So what’s the Board in its role, looking at to generate income? He is looking for ideas I wouldn't have he's job for an 18 🥕 gold clock. He must have sleepless nights.

The Board is the mechanism to generate the ideas; that’s why they’re a (in our case a self elected) Board They get the perks of going to Wembley, Directors Dining Room etc but it’s their responsibility to look after the long term financing and security of the Club, usually by investing into the Club aka Davey; sometimes it’s hot in the kitchen and sometimes you get to eat the best food. They’re there because they have the skills and ability to look after the Club. It’s their job to get 6000 in, to generate sponsorship etc in order to give the Director of Rugby and the Coach the funds to develop the team and play on a good surface,

It's easy shouting when one's in the lifeboat. We are going to Moor Lane Nobody likes it,and nobody noes how long it will be for The plan I am working with is that we try and get 5000 at the place on a regular basis and stay in Super League.that's the only plan at the moment.Beccause you keep going on but haven't come with anything.

Andrew Rosler asked Paul if he would come in and help as he has experience running a business in the Salford Area. Paul does not have the wealth of say Davy or Simon Moran, i you recall he had to put his house up as Collateral when he took over the running of the club and i doubt very much you would have done the same.. the reason he did it is because he is a Salford fan through and through! The club has invested in the back of house areas to try and get the club to a competing level off the field, however with such small attendances we are never going to be in the same boat as the other clubs. instead of the constant Board bashing why dont you approach them with some ideas seen as though you proclaim to be able to do a much better job!
