How about this for a suggestion. He’s an international half back so we play him there oh yeah, makes perfect sense to break up the half back partnership that did the business against Huddersfield, tore Cas to shreds, and is about to cement their place in Salford folklore by orchestrating a win against Wakefield this Friday before ripping it up against Leeds away, kick starting the season and securing us a top 4 finish.  It's a fair point, he's an international half back so play him there, but he parnters Tui in that national team. All I'm saying is IF we secure a decent win Friday it' will be difficult to change the halves especially given the consistent changes in the team this season. |

I can’t imagine he will be match fit. A few appearances on the bench to start with, giving him a chance to show everyone where his best position is and that he deserves a starting spot.

We’ve given him a contract to the end of the season with the option for longer if it works out. That suggests to me that we’re not totally convinced yet. He’s been good in the past but not played much top level RL for a couple of years so we shouldn’t expect too much too quickly
