I agree about Escaré. I’m not sure anybody is binning him except the coach who seems to have discarded him already
On here I think the team selections reflect that plus Kear had a decent game last week

We're improving or is it we can only get better!
Brown fit, pack looks good, need Tui and Inu to get into gear and to maintain defence, particularly out wide
So as like the vast majority I'm stuck in I'll look forward to the first 20. Remember we're 8th equal with Leeds above Hudds and Leigh, so life could be worse.

Cas will be too strong for us, Evalds will have a blinder, just hope it's a close contest and we give them a game, still think we are a penalty machine and that will be our downfall

This is an aging Cas team which I imagine will be around 6th this year. That said they have been playing much better than Salford and competing well. The key is our attitude, if we are not mean in defence we will leak tries. Eden and Olpherts are very suspect under the high ball and deserve attention, we need to stop McShane at PTB from scooting its clear what his game is. Can we win the game yes, however for me its down to what attitude we turn up with. The question is can Marshall motivate this group of players? We shall see as the time for excuses is past.

We are more than capable of beating Cas, but I think as a team we are still way off being where we want to be, whereas Cas have been around for quite a while and their performances so far reflect that. If we clean up our penalties and ridiculous errors then we have a good chance. Play like we did last week and we'll regret it. Sure Evalds will have a blinder regardless.
Personally I think Cas will win, but I'm hoping for a much improved performance more than anything from our lads.

I think the time of excuses of one sort or another should be coming to an end in my opinion.If we don't get a performance tonight I will be bitterly disappointed

As Carnster states an improved performance will be welcomed win or lose. But there can be no excuses if the standards are as poor against Leigh (1st Half), Hull or Cats. The buck stops with Marshall, here's hoping Salford bring it tonight.

Not the strongest looking team. No Pauli Pauli or Inu. I’m not expecting a win, but I’d be reasonably happy with a strong effort. Not asking the earth but I want to see improvement.

A bit lost with this team selection? We've dropped our kicker Inu for a second row Livett in centre? And no Pauli - Addy or Aitken for me one or the other in the team. Marshall does not inspire confidence, hope I am proved wrong tonight with a Salford win.
