Can we have the answer please mm!
Michigan Red Got the man - Big Ray Cashmere . 2680 Mtrs in our last season at the Willows 2011 Cashmere also made 2915 Mtrs in the 2009 season , 2010 he had a sternum injury that kept him side-lined for a large part of the season .
Ray Cashmere is was still turning out for local side Camden Rams until 2014 , and made a comeback for Campbelltown City Roos in 2016 ! Ray Cashmere to the Roos
the last front row forward to make over 3,000 mtrs was Michael Korkidas in 2007 - 3,200 since then we've relied on our wingers & backs to drive us up the field and do the hard yards . Kopzcak is a step in the right direction - no nonsense front rower who will do the hard yards
Recent stats are skewed because of the middle 8 Qualifiers Last season I got Kopzcak to 2,439 mtrs ( 1950 in the initial 23 rounds ) Including the Super 8's & the Mpg - close but no chairmans' cigar

Seeing as Mossop is still on the agenda anyone got stats for him? In comparison to Koppy, here are the side by side stats for relevant areas: Metres: Koppy - 2434 in 28 appearances Mossop - 1660 in 22 appearances Carries: Koppy - 366 Mossop - 217 Av.Gain: Koppy - 6.65 Mossop - 7.65 Tackles: Koppy - 817 Mossop - 530 Tries: Koppy - 5 Mossop - 1 Try Assists: Koppy - 2 Mossop - 0 Not great stats from Mossop tbh. Which begs the question what are they seeing that we're not, if he's about to sign?

Well, the last underachieving forward we got from Wigan didn't do to bad with us before moving onto his home town club...

Would that be the same Korkidas that polarised people, most said he was terrible while the enlightened few said he was a bit of all right.
I'd take Mossop, dead down grafter rather than barn stormer, a barn stormer is okay if the rest of your pack are pulling up trees, ours are good but not at that level. And as I've said Mossop taking the first drive of the season and running it at Bateman would be worth the price of admission alone.

Ray Cashmere. The only man who can scratch his ankles without bending his back. Cracking prop for us though

Agreed, and as Baz ad Tel are fond of repeating " It's all the little things..." And if you have enough people doing them you'll compete with anyone.

It's a Wigan thing - non of their forwards rack up the stats of say a Chris Hill - James Graham , because Wane uses mores more props & spells them more often -
Wane had 7 Props to use during 2016: Burke / Crosby / Flower / Mossop / Sutton / Tautai & Frank-Paul
He also has at least 3 props on the bench & at times last season used Mossop / Sutton At Lock whilst O'Loughlin was wrapped up in cotton.
Anyway He's off the Leigh Now ??

Which begs the questions why we're discussing him on here and where's the prop we're having?

I thought the Doc said at Mondays Q&A that someone was lined up and that he could have just walked from Wigan, think he's a bit bloody lost if that was the case.
