When you add Farge to the mix of French RL players in SL the Dragon's production line looks far better than the flack it recieves all the time.
Toulouse would be best for Tony he won't seem out of place and will not get unwanted attention apart from heartland championship fans.

Added to the squad, Gareth Whittaker as Conditioner, originally at Warrington, then Featherstone then Welsh RU for 6 years.
Marshall has worked with him before at Warrington.

I'm not comparing.😁 All the conspiracy theorists are knobbers but it still doesn't justify them "trying to celebrate". As shite as Xmas and New Year was for most of us missing families/friends we know we'll just be back to square one if people keep flouting restrictions. Anyways.... moving on....😁 |

Friendlies will likely be taking place towards the end of Feb early March prior to the season starting, Marshall will probably want a good look at the player before squad numbers are announced as generally the strongest team will have the 1 - 13 shirts |

I think it's simpler than that take down all the pictures of players who have definitely left even if one or two might surprise or shock us.

Normally the season starts in early February and pre-season starts in November
It’s not uncommon in those days for the squad numbers to be announced in January - often the open day is at end of jan/early feb. Sometimes it has been pre-Christmas. Given it’s still at least 2 months to season start I can’t see what the rush is with announcing new squad numbers yet. We are (as a sport) running a month later this year so we should take thst into account with all close season activity
Given the big improvement in dealing with the media and comma with fans over the last few years I’d be very surprised if there aren’t plans for it all.
I suspect they are trying to get another player or 2 in and maybe trying to get Tyke to agree to a new deal

What I'm struck by passing from the the old to the new squad is that two Flanagan and Welham who used to do alot of that bit extra have gone and while I can see most things and players have like for like replacement, I wasn't sure about the extra those two put in having an equivalent in the new set up.
