My guess is that Wane will be the studio guest tonight and he will announce it like Watson did last week. But it’s only a guess! Jason Robinson, Danny McGuire and Jon Wilkin join us as guest pundits  |

Quite sure but Henderson is being considered as well. It’s difficult to imagine how,if Wane wants the job,they can be considering Henderson. I don’t doubt what you’re saying but the only consideration would be if the club couldn’t give Wane the set up he wants in terms of back room staff and players. Otherwise,he’d be a shoe in ,if he wants it,surely |

His record speaks for itself and he commands incredible respect around RL. |

Blease is v v ambitious for the Club. He effectively runs it. Should be on the Board, really surprised he isn't.

If he’s running things and happy then no need to saddle him with the financial risk that goes with being a board member. Maybe it’s been offered but he doesn’t want it because of that risk. Being on the board sounds better than I guess it is |

For me we do not need Wane,
He is just a thug, and the players he coaches are just thugs,
And Salford players, Will not get away with what wigan players did and still do. , for me that is a step in the wrong direction. And from what i heard about the coaching setup at wigan, Wane was just the voice for the rest of the coaching staff , who were doing all the work. we have not got the coaching setup like wigan have, and def can not afford to have that setup.
I still say go for the Walker Brothers.

I still say go for the Walker Brothers. With all due respect, you’re wrong in regards to Wane. He continued what Maguire had put in place, but moreover he got people running through walls for him. You just need to look at how the players reacted to him leaving. He was the main man, no doubt. He’s loved and revered in Wigan. If we get Wane we will improve massively. But, fwiw I just don’t see it. I really hope he does, but just can’t see it. |

Nobody has a financial risk on that Board BR. Bottom line accountants running boards are the bane of this country. (Generally those good at arithmetic but never good enough to be scientists, who create their own language to make simple things appear complex...you gather I don't rate them)
In reality I always think the person,in this case Blesse, who really understands the business should have a prime seat on the Board, to arrest decision making from those who just see and manipulate numbers. Accountants should be servants/ advisors to a Board, not leaders. I'd better stop.
