After he missed the conversion as well. He looked shot before the restart. Unbelievable. Just unbelievable.

Incredible. Absolutely speechless. I ran on to the pitch as the drop goal went over... not sure what came over me apart from pure raw emotion!
Great game. Both teams gave it their all. Harsh on KR to lose 2 crucial games by a drop goal.

Harsh on KR to lose 2 crucial games by a drop goal. Is there anyone who is not sorry for HKR? It was a great game and given the emotion it's not surprising there was a pitch invasion, reminded me of the Willows!

Amazing game. Amazing come back. Achieved with S'au missing for the whole game and a whole host of players playing with injuries. Just hope the whole club can move on to better things next year.

Why did Junior miss the game?
I hope the Doc treats them to a nice holiday, but that they behave better than certain other players currently are.

Junior or Koppy to be captain next season, both lead by example.

The Leigh fans were fairly convinced Koppy was headed to them next year. They are famously idiots though.

Travelled across yesterday with a high degree of trepidation and fearing the worse. Our support was superb and the noise level just added to the drama. As the players suffered injury after injury and the clock ticked down I felt gutted and thought what might have been if it wasn't for the six points deduction. The final try scored after the whistle summed up everything about being a Salford fan, drama of the highest.
What a day and what a victory, let's hope we can kick on from here. On the whole both sets of fans were superb, the pitch invasion, whilst it shouldn't have happened, was good natured and started as euphoria as fans ran to the team, regrettably some of the KR fans took exception, again fuelled by the drama, which resulted in the unsavoury scuffling.
The emotional roller coaster of being a Salford fan continues, looking forward to the drama 2017 will bring. There's a few players we should move on but there's some class within the squad on which we can build a very good team. Well done to those that crossed the whitewash yesterday and for digging in against all the odds.

Although O'Brien s drop goal won it I think Josh Griffin deserves a lot of credit. His pass to put Evalds in and his break for the last try went a long way to keeping us in SL. Not a bad way to sign off and probably makes him an instant hit with Hull fans.

Totally agree, he was dead on his feet only a few minutes before, to put that effort in to break the line was outstanding.

Griffin was superb, as was bmm, weller and Burgess all of whom I've had my doubts over at one time or another. More than happy to admit I was wrong. Josh will certainly get a hero's return when he comes back to aj bell with hull next season
