I'm a fan of a top-up card system. You can buy blocks of 6, 12, 18 and 24 games. The 6 and 12 game credit pack lasts for one season and the 18 and 24 game credit packs lasts for two seasons. They are good for league, cup and friendly matches. This way you can kind of have season ticket that allows you to miss matches because of fixture changes and not miss out on value so much.
