A bit of happy wee escaped when I read that Warrington had recalled it's 2 on loan forwards at the 11th hour, just hilarious.

I hear Lannon was unsettled and Had a falling out with Tony Smith only after a couple of days of him being there. Is Lannon a bit on the sociable side (likes a beer or 2)?

I quite like Lannon. He's a steady sort of player, similar to Krasniqi in that respect. Never going to be a superstar but a good addition to our squad. I'd be happy if we took him back on a full time contract but perhaps not at the detriment to losing Murray. Having both would be ideal.

Murray not set the world on fire at Rovers. Fans not overly impressed. Think we'll likely end up with both next season.

I believe Tony Smith can have a very dark side, he likes to take the piss out of players which I heard rubs a lot of people up the wrong way.

You could see he was nowhere near fit in the warm up, came out right near the end and hobbled all the way. Fair play for putting his hand up but just hope he’s not done any further damage

This week off could be at a good time for us. Hopefully a few can recover from knocks and maybe get the likes of Mossop/Sio etc back from injury as well for the next game.

The new JJ would/will be a huge asset to Salford, has the size and enthusiasm to be another unheralded find.

MR: Problem is that, according to RL & league Express, "five or six" clubs want to buy the new JJ for 2020. We've only got him to the end of the season although we are looking to retain him.
