in the media
"Salford Red Devils star Niall Evalds has been rumoured with a move to 2017 League Leaders Shield winners Castleford Tigers. The 24-year-old nearly played 100 games for Salford after making his debut back in 2013 but Castleford are interested in signing the full-back or winger. The Tigers are understood to be searching the market for a full-back and Evalds is believed to be at the top of their list at the minute."
"Salford’s sale of Gareth O’Brien gives them some much needed cash to get through the season as they plot their future path. Administration in the off-season, to clear the lingering debts, was deemed pointless as they would have seen all players’ deals null and void. But questions still remain on whether the club can sustain itself even without the burden of debt."
just don't help .....

Read that one myself and thought that's just someone stirring to see what rises from the pot.
As the great Donald says FAKE NEWS.

And rumoured that Hull want Kopczack and Jones. Funny how nobody rates us, but other teams want all our players.

Jones and Kopzcak haven’t been ‘rumoured’. It’s simply if people read it properly what players Hull fans would like to nab off us.

It would be absolute suicide letting Niall go after just releasing Gaz. Can’t see it happening.

Absolutely, no facts, just rubbish to fill the paper.

Absolutely, no facts, just rubbish to fill the paper. I didn't realise you were a regular reader! Spot on though. The Hull Daily Fail is the biggest joke over here. Nobody in Hull rates their journalism, if you can call it that. Paul Cooke's columns are laughable at best normally. A lot of opinion and very little substance from a bloke who has a decent player but pissed a lot of it up against the wall. Sadly, the vultures will keep circling the club, but we should be used to that by now.

We should turn this rubbish to are advantage circle that waggons us against the rest. I was thinking that the other day, especially after the statement and MK’s twitter comments. A siege mentality has worked for Mourinho all his career so worth a go. It fits in with our style of play as well.

Odd addition to this tale of woe - Gary Carter (S*n journo - usually quite accurate though in spite of that fact) tweeted earlier that Koppy is favourite to be next out of the door. HOWEVER, Mrs. Koppy almost immediately doused the impending flames with the superb reply 'First I've heard' or words to that effect.
Might be my masochistic streak but I'm really looking forward the game on Friday now. It's either going to be a brilliant atmosphere or completely on its ar*e. There's never a happy medium with this bleedin' club!
