If the screen grab from his Mrs was genuine (I’m dubious) it alluded to Salford having no money. If thats the case then I’m assuming Watson will have been reassuring him that we don’t need the money?
Agreed though that a quote from Lui would put this to bed.

There was a post on social media purportedly by Rob Lui's wife, Tahleah Backo, saying that she loves Salford but it would be best for the Club to accept the transfer because the money could be better utilised elsewhere.
I suspect it was a Hull KR fan, but I can't be sure of that. Has anyone got a link to that post?

Apparently it was deleted rather quickly so I dont have the link. I have the screenshot but have no idea how to post it on here (tips welcome?). The thing that makes me suspicious is it has one ‘like’ and thats from BMM.

IB and IW have a real dig at Sheens about Lui in the rugby papers. They say he's desperate! Don't think he's going anywhere.
