May as well fire this aussie winger back. Complete waste of a wage and quota spot. Get rid Not sure what the issue is with Noafaluma. A fit Nof on his day is dynamite. Hopefully he'll come good as he'd be exactly what we need.

Tight game. Both sides giving it a go. Mistakes cost us in the first half but some stand-out performances from Ryan, MacDonald and Ormondroyd helped us through to the end. Brierley had a game to forget but got us the penalty try. Lots of effort all over as a team and much improved over London. In typical Salford fashion we made it more difficult than it should have been but the two points is a crucial two points against Wire.

People are bitter about the way he went about leaving. Not him leaving.

Seeing a lot of people saying he's saving himself for Leeds. Think there's a lot of Leeds fans living in the past presuming that everyone wants a piece of Yorkshires apparent finest. Leeds are a close second to Hull on the batshit crazy ladder...

Even the snake, who couldn't escape quick enough turned down the cuckoo's nest in Hull for the mighty Huddersfield. Just saying.

Even the snake turned down Hull for Huddersfield. You'd have to be mad to go to them. A poisoned chalice for sure. I am getting a little tired of being SL's 'Academy' and providing players and staff for other clubs...

When I saw the incident, I thought at max it would be ten minutes. Certainly a penalty, but never a red card. Seems I wasn't the only one. Big one for us, as we'll need his size against the Wolves.

Hoping for a more clicked-together performance, regardless of result. I think the constant chopping and changing with injury and suspensions effect us more than other teams as we're not flush with obvious replacements. It's always a high intensity game against Wire and could go either way. We'll need a return to start of the season form to be in with a shout.

Eight games into a season with five wins and two poor performances is hardly having the wheels fall off. You seem easily shocked, russ.
Nobody is putting the rose-tinted glasses on. Let's face it, Salford fans have aways been pessimistic and quick to point out negatives. I mustn't be reading the same posts as you, russ...

Not sure what you want me to write, russ.
Salford is a side that has won five from eight, beaten Saints away and thrown the win away against the champions. They are also the same team who let Cas have their first win and looked very unconvincing against a poor London. I don't think there's a more schizophrenic side than Salford, and the bookies must hate us.

" ..... mid championship ......" ? " ...not sl standard ...."? So what exactly does that make SRD Then? With respect to London, they are way off, on that performance today, SL standard. Us today, were scraping the bottom of the barrel and won by default really. We defended well for the most part, but London did a Salford whenever they got into decent positions and fluffed chances. The fact that 12 man Salford having an off day still won easily, albeit not point wise, says it all about London. I feel for them and think a strong London would be a massive boon for SL but having them in this year to make the numbers up isn't going to do SL or London any good.

2 points, that's about it. I concur. Lucky we were playing London, who are really shocking, almost amateur ability(said with utmost respect) We play any other SL side today and we'd have got spanked. Take the two points and move on. Is it weird to be more concerned after winning this game than when we lost to Cas?

I contacted Tapatalk they replied asking me for thr URL and name of the Forum as Apparently they are a few others with Salford Red Devils in the name. So if somebody could let me know what the information is to send to them It would be very much appreciated. URL is just www.deviltalk.co.uk as far as I'm aware, and as you know, the name of the forum is the same. The current one that's working is: salfordreddevils.freeforums.net/The old www.deviltalk.co.uk is still not working, even if the domain name has been renewed as per Chico's post.

It’s Myler with his father in laws money🤣 Bit of a weird move that. Although, Tesco value Ben Hunt's father-in-law's money seems to be catching the eye in Humberside. It certainly smells like peak Hull RLFC behaviour. A club that are masters at squandering opportunities even though they don't deserve the number of loyal fans that get shafted every year. What amazes me is that the board at Hull think that Myler, with no off-field experience, is the answer. While naysayers point out that it worked okay for Wigan and Radlinkski they forget that Radlinkski worked up to his role over a number of years through junior positions and being mentored by Lenegan. I can't see anything changing at Hull, tbh.

Not sure if related to the above but my shortcut is to deviltalk.co.uk and if I try that it says domain name expired. Yeah, I think if you delete your old shortcut, log in, then bookmark it again it all works as normal. I think bandgeekmafia had been paying for the domain name since it started and must have now lapsed. Unsure as to the cost, but don't think it's overly expensive. Maybe find out the cost and chip-in?
