There's every chance they'll go down at the end of the season. Twelve points is a lot to make up with a side likely to be cobbled together with whoever they can get hold of

Agreed. I was just trying to make the point that it shouldn't be that certain clubs will get help if they're in trouble and others don't. Surely more teams competing can only be for the good of the game in general

I'd bring Walton back as well. Always worked hard and I think he'd bring the right ethic that Watson wants

It's good Salford are offering to help. I'm certainly no Bradford fan but a small sport such as rugby league can't afford to lose clubs with history like theirs. I do wander if anybody would have offered to help if Salford had folded a few years back though.

Very true Michigan. I hope he does get involved but I doubt it

What makes me laugh is if Salford do well they'll be saying they backed us from day one

Nice to see a journalist looking at Salford in a practical manner and giving credit for what they've done well instead of the usual bottom four, they've got no chance predictions

It means absolutely nothing. The queen has given up 25 patronages in one go. She was and he will be a name to a position and nothing else. I bet she couldn't name them all. I'll give twenty notes to anyone on here who can

There should be money and a quota space available so hopefully news to follow. It would be nice to hear something before Christmas but I think we may have to wait until after new year

A lot if players seem to be walking away from contracts at the moment. Very worrying trend for our sport and potentially our club. We seem to have a good set of guys currently but the fact remains that good players can earn better money playing union. It's their living at the end of the day. League clubs need to look at the contracts they give out. If players can walk away like that the contracts are worthless

Surely it should be part of the new website builders job. If they didn't link my old business website to the new one they wouldn't get paid until they did. I won't pretend to have Marwans business knowledge but this is bread and butter stuff we're talking about

It's things like this that have let the club down down for years. It's just plain amateurism

While we're having silly season, the entire squad just signed for Swinton
