Is it the worst position to be in to be a club that brings players from reserves, lower leagues and develops them into solid Super League players. It may be hard to see them leave but the game is such that the clubs with bigger budgets will always poach our better players. The key is each time finding another nugget to develop. There must be plenty of them in the championship and league 1, as well as the feeder teams for the NRL clubs.

And Also Chang if you look at the Leigh team Murph led to Wembley, they weren't superstars on big money but they were led with fire and determination. Probably one of the greatest underpaid RL teams of all time. It was a semi professional game then.But that Leigh team got well paid for that final win.By the way that team had probably the greatest half back we have ever had also an hooker who was an Australian tourist plus one of best forwards I have seen play the game and one of the fastest who went on to play for Great Britain Dave Chisnall

This seems a jumble of misinterpretation, to which I am unable to respond. However many people provided information which led to the status quo.

Seemingly in this case the player really doesn't want to move for various reasons, so what happens in this scenario, the player just goes ok then i'll go or does he still say I don't want to leave?

That is a strange situation that I've not seen in many sport tbh, but as the club hold the contract (which doesn't mean much these days), surely they'd have something in the contract stating they call sell at anytime and the rfl have a contract template that all clubs work with which they then taylor to suit with add ins and clauses etc?
I can see another potential tribunal coming our way if the above scenario isnt true;
"Player wants to stay / club wants to sell"
Quick question do fees happen much down under or do players only really move if released or at the end of contracts, just out of interest?

Personally I'd cash in on him, had a good start to season but as with jones and sau there weight ballooned as season went on and they lost their edge and looked average. The main question should be, if he knew he was selling ( which I'm sure he knew since the end of last season this was his last) why sign manu on a massive contract that has put us in the potential sotuatiomof having to sell to balance the books. Manu was obviously a koukash signing and it's put us in and awkward position.
